“Sergei and his team did an amazing job dealing with replacing old and damaged sewage pipes. It was a complicated job that required deeper than normal digging and the pipes ran underneath the neighbours’ property. Inspite of these challenges the Tornado team kept the work area contained and completed the job in 2 days. They left the property clean and communicated along way. Highly recommend.”

“We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and were looking for a reliable plumber service. A neighbor recommended Tornado Plumbing and Drains. They answered my call right away and we set up a date a time that worked for me. Serhiy showed up a few minutes early and had the new faucet installed very quickly. He recommended turning off the water main and turning on all taps to drain all water from the pipes which minimized any water once he disconnected the old faucet. He was very tidy and respectful of our property. I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing!”

“Amazing work, honest and fair pricing! Sergio and his team came to our place in North York early in the morning at our request as our main water drain was blocked. He identified the problem quickly and was able to unblock the clog swiftly. Very pleasant and nice experience with Sergio and his team. I’ve had other companies come to my house and quote me ridiculous amounts to do things in other areas where the clog wasn’t there! If you need a honest plumber definitely contact this company.”

“We recently had our old clay sewer line replaced and a backwater valve installed by Tornado Plumbing & Drains, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the initial assessment to the completion of the project, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to explain the work being done, completed the job efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized work site throughout the process. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and the entire project was completed on schedule. What really stood out was their assistance with the paperwork for the city's rebate program for the back valve. They guided us through the requirements, provided all the necessary documentation, and made the application process much easier than we expected. Replacing a sewer line and installing a backwater valve are significant investments, and this company made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbing and sewer services. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!”

“Highly recommend Serhiy and Tornado Plumbing! They were incredibly quick to respond, professional, friendly, and honest throughout the whole process. What I thought could turn into a huge and expensive project ended up having a much simpler solution because Serhiy took the time to assess everything properly and give genuine advice instead of pushing unnecessary work. He found a great solution for installing my backwater valve and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It's hard to find people who are both skilled and honest these days, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Highly recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains for sewer line replacement and drain repair. They replaced about 40 ft of sewer drain lines, replaced my main floor drain, and did a drain camera inspection to confirm proper sloping. They also installed a new washing machine drain connection and even did a courtesy follow-up visit afterward to make sure we were satisfied. Great experience with a trustworthy plumber in Toronto.”

“Best drain and plumbing service in the town”

“Five star service from initial contact to completion of the job. Serhiy identified the problem quickly, explained what action needed to be taken and completed the work in an effective and efficient manner at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains.”

“I called Tornado Plumbing to replace a leaky toilet valve. Serhiy was prompt to respond to my call and complete the work in a professional manner.”

“Very good and fast plumbers. Im really happy with the service. Will call again if something breaks”

“Great service. On time and on budget. Will definitely use them again. Keep up the great work!”

“Had an issue where there was an inner blockage down the toilet line where it caused a flood in my washroom. The team came in on time, put in a camera, found the issue deep down the pipe, and removed it. These guys are my go to guys for every plumbing issue that I have had for the past five years because they're very good at diagnosing issues and getting it resolved in a timely manner.”

“Serhiy and his team done an excellent job and completed the following, - The whole main sewer line was replaced to the city line - Removal of the cast-iron stack - Rough-in for laundry standpipe, sink, and floor drain - Reconnect basement toilet, shower, and sink to new sewer line - Install backwater valve There was also a shift in the old clay pipe outside of the house which would had reduced the diameter of the pipe if we used a liner. Serhiy wanted to ensure the job was done right so they tunnelled a new pvc pipe and dug 9ft in the front to connect to the city sewer line. I am extremely grateful they gone the extra mile. Serhiy and his team are trusted professionals and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.”

“This is the second time we have used the services of Tornado Plumbing and Drains. Well, previously we hired them for waterproofing one area of the house and then seeing the quality of service we had additional walls done as well. Onto this service. We are doing main floor renovations and were recommended to increase our water service size. We had no hesitation what so ever in contacting Serhiy and Tornado. We received a very reasonable estimate but would have went with them regardless of the amount. Yes, they are that trustworthy:) The estimate was for a straight forward upgrade but we ended up requiring a move of the meter as well (inspector recommended as well as convenience) so understandable with the extra work we paid more which was very reasonable. Serhiy and team worked hard to ensure that we had water at the end of the day and cleaned up to the point of not knowing they had been there at all. The city inspection was very positive and commented that they could see the professionalism in the work. Thank you again Serhiy and Tornado Plumbing!!! 100% recommend!”

“We received excellent service from Serhii, Nick and the team. They arrived promptly every day & worked nonstop for 3 days on what turned out to be a more difficult job than anticipated. They ensured the work site was kept clean & did an amazing job reassembling our neighbour's interlock driveway which had to be dug up for the outdoor pipe replacement. They left both our basement & the neighbour's driveway in pristine condition. We would not hesitate to recommend they. Thank you Serhii & Nick!”

“Past December Serhy personally assessed, quoted, and supervised (with very pertinent follow-ups) the job of reparations and installation of drainage from our house to the city network; Excellently, in all manner, time and price. FIVE STARS IN ALL CATEGORIES.”

“I had a great experience with Tornado Plumbing and Drains! Serhiy came by to fix a leak in my kitchen sink, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also took the time to check the rest of the setup to make sure there were no other problems. Highly recommend this company - and especially Serhiy - for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality plumbing work!”

“Good hard and smart workers with good quality work”

“Tornado Plumbing & Drains’ work quality and service is exceptional and the pricing was very fair. My project was the installation of a backwater valve, sump pump and disconnection of weeping tile. Everything about my experience was great. Serhiy (company owner) came to my house to provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patiently answered all my questions and provided good advice. He told me in detail what he would do, when he could start and how long the work would take. The work started on time, the two-man crew was very courteous, efficient and took great care to keep my home clean. They too answered my questions, kept me informed of their progress and made sure I was satisfied with their work. Serhiy kept in touch at all times and when the configuration of my existing sewer drains provided some unforeseen challenges, he recommended a very practical solution and at no extra cost to me. That was greatly appreciated. From start to finish Serhiy and his staff were very courteous, efficient and professional. I recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains without reservation.”

“My driveway has a negative slope towards the house, which lacked proper drainage and caused minor flooding in my garage during heavy rainfalls. I hired Serjiy and his team to install a trench drain and I could not be happier with their work. His team showed up early everyday, they always explained everything they we're doing and left the area clean and tidy when they we're finished. Serjiy was also excellent communicating with me, letting me know well in advanced of any weather delays (not their fault) I would highly recommend Tornado plumbing for any plumbing needs!”

“Sergei was very professional and efficient. I can’t recommend him enough!!!”

“Once again amazing!!!! I've used their services many times. This time it was for a clogged shower drain. They are reliable, professional, fast, and honest..”

“Sergey and team were once again excellent. Great work and quality. Fast. Clean. Highly recommended.”

“I highly recommend Serhiy. I have used him several times, and he always does quality work. He recently replaced a toilet, faucet, and house shut-off valve, all of which had leaks and were faulty. He knows what he is doing - He is licensed, experienced, efficient, and pays attention to details. His pricing is very fair, and unlike some others, the price doesn't go up based on the area you live in. All this is hard to find in professionals. Someone honest (he won't fix things that don't need repair to create work) and who takes pride in a job well done. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs.”

“Super smart and experienced. Great customer service.”

“On time, great communication and a job well done”

“Prompt and highly professional service from Tornado Plumbing and Drains. We highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!”

“Professional, kind, and thorough. The only company I will ever use. Serg is amazing”

“As soon as the snow started melting I notice water in my basement. I immediately contacted Tornado Plumbing and Drains as I knew they will do good job as I got them for a foundation crack before few years ago and they did a fantastic job. This time also as soon as I called they came check the problem and immediately attended to it doing a very professional job. I will recommend them to anyone the pictures below show their professional job and charges are also very reasonable. Thank you team for a great job done”

“Quick, reliable, and efficient professionals. Use them for all and any plumbing expertise.”

“These guys were great! Came quickly, were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. When they were done, they ran the camera through the entire drain again to show me that all the roots were taken care of. I’ll be calling them again, this time BEFORE my basement floods!”

“Serhiy was brilliant. With old houses you need someone who knows what they are doing. Thanks again!”

“I recently had Tornado Plumbing replace about 30 feet of sewer pipe, add a back flow valve, relocate a washing machine and replumb a drain in the upstairs. They quoted well below a competitor who also had a 5 Star rating in Google. The work was done over two days and everything was cleaned up. They even helped get the paperwork done to get the rebate on the back flow valve. Thank you to the team.”

“What a positive experience. . We just recently had a lealing toilet due to 2 reasons. They were here quickly and immediately were able to address the problems. Friendly, neat and very knowledgeable. If I ever have an issue again, you know who i am calling.”

“Highly recommend!”

“Worry free plumbing services, I normally sent a photo or video pf an issue and they give u probable cause. No hidden fees”

“Good quick service. Serhiy and team are reliable & professional.”

“(Translated by Google) Fast and professional service (Original) Services rapide et professionnel”

“Wonderful plumbing company, clean, timely, upfront on work expected and any changes that come up. Sewer replacement on almost 100 yr old home, bringing system to code. Serhiy and his team are very professional and I will continue to use them in the future. No hesitation to recommend to friends.”

“This is the second time that I've hired Tornado to help me and they are excellent. Friendly, they listen and explain everything, and they provide speedy service. I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs as they are excellent at what they do!”

“I called Tornado Plumbing early in the morning after waking up to a backed-up drain in our laundry room. I chose them because my daughter had previously used their services for a similar issue in her Hamilton home and had nothing but great things to say. It’s fantastic that they service such a wide area! I made the call around 9 a.m., and by 1:30 p.m., Serhiy Marynchuk was at my door, ready to resolve the issue. He was professional, friendly, and communicated everything clearly. After snaking the drain, he used a camera to show me exactly what was causing the blockage, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Serhiy spent about an hour here, and I really appreciated his honesty and expertise—it’s not always easy to find that level of trust in service calls these days. I’ll absolutely be calling Tornado Plumbing again in the future, and if Serhiy is still with the team, I’d love to have him back!”

“Here’s the updated review with the details you provided: I recently hired Tornado Plumbing, led by Sergei, to waterproof and patch a shared laneway with my neighbor, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. From the first consultation to the completion of the project, Sergei and his team demonstrated professionalism, skill, and exceptional customer service. Sergei took the time to explain the entire process clearly, ensuring both my neighbor and I were on the same page. His team went above and beyond—not only addressing the immediate issue but also implementing solutions to prevent future problems. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. What truly set Tornado Plumbing apart was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Upon the initial digging we discovered that the addition to my house couldn’t be waterproofed because there was no foundation. Sergei provided me with options and allowed me to make an informed decision based on the options available, understanding that money was tight and my need to balance finance with optimal protection for my home. Sergei and his team made sure every aspect of the project was handled with care. It’s rare to find such a combination of expertise and genuine dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend Tornado Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality plumbing services. Thank you, Sergei, for making this process so smooth and stress-free!”

“5 star work quality with full satisfiction”

“Professional capable company bringing all needs in a timely manner!”

“always fantastic service from tornado plumbing, arrived on time, very friendly guys, fixed my leaky pipe, will use again.”

“I had a non urgent situation but nevertheless, they scheduled an appointment within the same day and it all went very smooth. Serhiy is super knowledgeable, honest and very professional. He was on time and fixed both washrooms within a very reasonable time. He did not rush and took the time that was required to fix both sinks. I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing as your number one choice!”

“It was excellent service. Their response was prompt, efficient and professional. Very reliable team.”

“What an unexpected pleasure to deal with Serhiy. This man is kind, patient and a true professional. We had a drain backup into our house and despite the late hour and his already long day, Serhiy showed up with a smile. He patiently explained everything he was doing and what was going on with the camera and equipment. After unclogging the drain, he cleaned up and bade us farewell. He just made a stressful situation more tolerable. I would definitely recommend this company and Serhiy for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Tornado Plumbing....”

“Our house is over a hundred years old and wear and tear was showing on the plumbing. Even though it was a non-urgent situation, the whole process was very quick. We wholeheartedly agree with all the positive reviews for this company. Serhiy assessed the project, provided a reasonable quote and oversaw its completion efficiently. They replaced part of the main stack, lines to the laundry tubs, and the main drain from the basement to the city line in three days. It was a pleasure to watch their teamwork, all of them working hard and competently to complete the job. We think this is a high quality team that we can recommend without any hesitation.”

“Serhiy has been to our house several times for various issues (sump pump, dishwasher, mystery drip etc.). He works quickly to figure out the problem and give the best solution. I'm always really impressed with his work.”

“I would highly recommend using this company for any commercial needs! They were fast, came out the next day and very transparent with their work.”

“Excellent Services. The plumbers are easy to contact, come on time, and fix the issues perfectly. I've called them 3 times and am always happy with the result.”

“We are always very happy with the work completed by Tornado. Highly professional and knowledgeable plumbers.”

“Great service - very professional. Came at a moments notice and fixed our leaking toilet”

“I found Tornado Plumbing & Drain's which is run by Sergey and his team after having multiple problems of poor quality works for my drainage and weeping tiles from another company. Let me start by saying Sergey's customer service is flawless he is a gentleman and so polite and caring to explain the works and process that you feel like you have known him for years. We agreed a price and date and Tornado Plumbing & Drain delivered. All of his team are really nice whenever I came to the house they were happy to show me progress and they never took a short cut with the works despite having to make good some defective works. I passed my revised drainage inspections first time with Tornado Plumbing & Drain and he also supported me getting my rebates. Sergey also has his own equipment which is rare usually other companies sub contract this out or use additional labor which costs you (the client) more money and time is construction schedule. Sergey has his own digger and a high quality drain camera so he can use his camera to find issues and defective works. He paid a lot of money for this equipment but it helps him work effectively and this in turn helps the client as he can pinpoint the defects to save the client money as he knows the issue and location ASAP. I will leave with saying this, just call Sergey for underpinning, waterproofing and plumbing and drainage works and if you are lucky enough to meet him I think the way he conducts himself you will see that my review is a genuine reflection of this honest hard working man! Finally, mesage me on here if you would like to speak to me directly as a previous client of Sergey's and if you want to come see his work I am happy to show you it at my house. I would do this for Sergey in return of his high quality work and conduct he gave me. Ben F.”

“great knowledge and experience”

“Serhiy and crew are great. I’m a repeat customer!”

“Serhiy at Tornado Plumbing & Drains replaced my house's building trap and installed a backwater valve. Serhiy is a great communicator and his crew worked efficiently, politely, and their post-job clean up was impeccable.”

“I was very happy with Tornado Plumbing's services. Every step of the procedure was executed professionally, very neatly, and exceptionally promptly. They were also very flexible with regards to accommodating our availability. Although, as with most customers presumably, I am not particularly well educated on the finer points of water supplies, drains, backwater valves, and the like, Tornado Plumbing's work appears to be have been performed very skillfully. I am not able to provide any valuable insight about how Tornado's prices compare with other companies' prices, since I simply relied on the recommendation of friends when I contracted with Tornado. I can say, however, that there was no "hard selling" and no "hidden costs" in our project; the final price was exactly as quoted initially by Serhiy. In addition to the above, I shall add that Serhiy was very friendly, and also willing to answer (very patiently) any questions that arose during our project. Conclusion: I am happy to recommend Tornado Plumbing.”

“Fast and efficient. Found the problem and fixed it.”

“Always reliable with people I know I can trust!”

“Serhiy from Tornado plumbing does it again! Second time I have called them to clear a my clogged plumbing and he was there within a couple hours to promptly unclog it. Kind, reliable, and reasonably priced. Thanks again!!”

“I had a cast iron stack in my bsmt with a huge crack that was just about to give out. After obtaining a few quotes I decided to hire Tornado given the positive reviews, fair pricing, and there fast response time. The crew were here within an hour, very professional, worked quickly, and left the space immaculate. I recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Serhiy and crew!”

“Yuriy was punctual, courteous and efficient. I’ve used Tornado Plumbing in the past. They Always provided excellent service.”

“Extraordinary service and professionalism.”

“Fast, competent, reliable, clean and reasonably priced. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Serhiy and his team. We had our entire waste water lines, from stack to city hook-up replaced, and some plumbing redone (basement toilet was given a much needed vent and backwater valve was installed). They spent three nine hour days (non-stop) and got the job done with minimal disruption (start at 7:30 am end at 4:30 pm each and every day). Serhiy took care of permits and coordinated inspection of waste water valve by Toronto inspectors, and the City rebate cheque for waste water valve came in a week (City of TO says processing may take ten weeks). I completed the online application in ten minutes. Highly recommend Tornado Plumbing. I’ve dealt with at least two other plumbing and drain contractors (we have several properties to manage (big family)) they’re the only ones we’ll call in the future when and if the need arises. I wish them good health and much success!”

“Serhiy is the only Plumber I will call! Strongly recommend.”

“Fast. Friendly. Responsive and clean quality work.”

Not only are their prices very competitive (the best I've seen from any plumbing company) but also the customer service provided is just amazing. I refuse to work with other plumber companies after working with these guys. Thanks guys for the amazing work job after job. Brian”

“This is the first time that I used Tornado Plumbing & Drains. The service was excellent. They came out immediately. I talked to them in the morning and they were at the house by noon. They found the problem, removed the blockage and ran a camera though the drains to show that the blockage was removed. During the work they had a clean tarp covering the floors. When they left, the areas where they were working, were as clean as when they arrived. I am very happy with the work.”

“Very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy.”

“Called Tornado Plumbing to fix a problem with my kitchen sink. It wasn’t draining and would back up. Called at 3pm the owner who is wonderful, Serhiy came within a few hours, looked over the problem and fixed it right away. He walked me through it all. I Highly recommend this company, one of the best in the GTA. If you’re looking for great service and customer service, don’t hesitate to reach out to this company. Thanks again Tornado”

“Yuriy L. replaced our kitchen faucet, including having to drive back out to purchase pipe extensions, as what was included in the box was not long enough (no additional charges to us!) We had also used Tornado Plumbing & Drains (Serhiy M.) a year ago to assess our basement drain for tree roots damage. Trustworthy and professional company, and will be my go-to for plumbing and drain work!”

“Serhiy and team were extremely fast, professional and efficient and getting our drainage issue resolved. While these experiences are never expected or great, this was the best possible experience to have things resolved.”

“As a general contractor, I've worked with Serhiy and his team on multiple jobs and he never disappoints. His price is always as quoted and work is completed on a timely manner. They will be onsite everyday until the job is complete. Hope to use him for many more future projects!!”

“I had an excellent experience with this company. I called during the last big snow storm with an emergency, and though they had to fight traffic to get here, they arrived shortly after I called and fixed the problem immediately. Professional, friendly, skilled technicians, would highly recommend and definitely will hire again!”

“This is the second time I have used Tornado Plumbing and the second time I have been extremely happy with my choice. Very pleasant, knowledgeable (even of ancient plumbing), fast and efficient. Thanks again!”

“Don't bother calling other companies. Called in few for estimates before going with Tornado given positive reviews and fair pricing. Fast, clean, polite service. Serhiy was very professional, explained everything including what to look out for after. This is not a small job, replacing sewer pipe (roots issue). They checked water and gas pipe to ensure safety. Everything done within one day. 10 out of 10.”

“Absolutely fantastic..would give more than 5/5 if I could. Prompt friendly great service reasonable and Stress Relieved my situation. Thanks so much will definitely call again if needed and recommend highly.!!!”

“Serhiy would be my go-to plumber! He explained every step kindly and thoroughly. Thanks to you, I can finally use the washer!”

“Had a drain clog repaired. Made an appointment quickly, came on schedule, professional and efficient. Highly recommend them. Thank you!”

“Tornado Plumbing and Drain installed a backwater valve and replaced the main sewer line on my property. Serhiy and his crew were very accommodating and easy to work with. They did a great job and left the jobsite clean when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.”

“Drain Fix and Clean Out Installation Serghiy is absolutely amazing! When I had a drain backup, he promptly arrived and efficiently fixed the issue with precision and care. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanour were evident throughout the process. Serghiy not only resolved the immediate problem but also provided helpful maintenance tips and installed a clean out to make it easier to access in the future. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs his top-notch service and commitment to customer satisfaction make him the go-to plumber. Thanks, Serghiy!”

“Punctual and very informative. Serhiy was very helpful and did great work.”

“These guys are amazing! Fast turnaround, great customer service, and excellent workmanship. I had two other plumbers who failed to find and fix the problem - these guys came in, properly diagnosed and repaired all within a 24 hour time period. Happy with the pricing as well - honestly you will not be disappointed, highly recommend!”

“Serhiy was great. Quick, and efficient, and the best price around.”

“Once again, excellent experience with Tornado plumbing! There was a leak in my basement to which they sent someone to assess the issue very quickly. The gentleman quoted us very fairly to replace an old pipe connected to the toilet and was back two days later to do the work. Incredibly kind, efficient, and tidy. I highly recommend!”

“Thank you for your help. Serhly showed up on time and changed our faucet and drain. He was very professional and priced the project reasonably. I would recommend using them and will get them to return when we change our shower.”

“This company offers very good service, and I would definitely call them again. The plumber that came to my place replaced my toilet. I waited over a year to write this review to make sure that the toilet kept on working, and it has with no problems. I called them on a weekend and the plumber came within a few hours that same day. The lady who took my call was very friendly and helpful. The plumber that came was professional, friendly, and courteous. Before selecting Tornado Plumbing I got estimates from other companies and Tornado Plumbing offered the best rate. I was not charged extra for weekend work. I like the attitude of the plumber. He was service oriented (unlike so many tradespeople who act as if they're doing you a favour).”

“We hired tornado plumbing and drains for a toilet replacement and kitchen faucet replacement, we really appreciate their fair price and quality job. We paid flat rate and they stayed a little bit longer to make sure we are satisfied. Highly recommend tornado plumbing and drains for all plumbing or drains you may needed.”

“Service could not have been better from Tornado Plumbing. Serhiy was here and done the job within an hour of my original phone call. Incredibly impressive and a friendly guy, to boot!”

“Peter was very thorough in going about his work, both inside and outside the home. Very polite, very detailed and very helpful.”

“I can always count on prompt and knowledgeable service from Tornado Plumbing! Outstanding workmanship and reseasonable prices! I live in a hundred year old house and with all its querks, Tornado Plumbing can always find a way to solve my plumbing issues! I wouldn't consider any other plumbing service!”

“Serhiy and his team are true pros and some of the only home tradespeople I’ve worked with who I feel I can truly trust. We had a sump pump installed last year with Tornado. Their work was high-quality, fast (1 day in and out), and clean. Communication with the scheduling coordinator was efficient and their automated appointment reminders, scheduling emails, and ETA texts make life easy. I also appreciate their transparency around pricing (detailed on their website and communicated up front on the job site). I never feel that I’m being taken advantage of… can’t say that for too many contractors in Toronto. Most recently, Serhiy stayed at our place until 11:30pm on a Saturday night resolving a clogged main drain issue. He didn’t complain once, even though the work was difficult and the hour late. He was determined to finish what he started, and this kind of dedication to customer satisfaction is what sets Tornado apart. Top marks for Tornado. They should be your first call!”

“He knew what he was doing very courteous had the proper tools and explain everything that it was done keep up the good work”

“Excellent service. Arrived on time or notified about unavoidable delay. Courteous, professional. Took care to protect items in basement, notify me about progress. Highly recommend.”

“Tornado team did a great job in our house.Peter and his team were excellent and completed the project on time. Great work!”

“Tornado and their team are awesome. I had them finish in my sink and dishwasher (kitchen renovation). They worked hard, quickly and were really easy to get along with. The price was right too!”

“Sergei Tornado with his guys helped us multiple times with drainage services. Always reliable company to work with. Highly recommend.”

“Serhiy did more work on a basement drain for me. He as his team were great as always. I highly recommend them. As always Peter was great. Explained to me clearly what needed to be done and then worked very efficiently”

“Tornado Plumbing has done another fantastic job on my old house drains. Have used them 3x now, Peter comes on time, has the latest tecnology, and leaves the work area clean. Highly recommended.”

“I couldn't recommend Peter Sydorchuk any higher. High class service. Thank you”

“Let me start by saying , this was by far the best company I have dealt with . Called around 1:30 pm spoke to a plumber named Peter ( he was amazing and very honest ) they showed up around 2 pm and got the job done !! Like I said this was a very good experience, I will definitely use them again . Thank you again to Peter and Tornado plumbing .”

“Amazing, fast, highly professional service. Thank you !”

“Tornado Plumbing and Drains did an excellent job replacing my old drains and correcting some very old plumbing in my old house in only 2 days. Peter was very thorough in evaluating and explaining in detail the problems with the drains and how they would be repaired. He was extremely patient in answering all of my concerns. The team showed up on time, protected the work areas and did an excellent job with the final clean-up. They are assisting me with the rebate for the valve also. The cost for the work was very reasonable and several thousand dollars less than two other companies. I have already recommended Tornado to several friends and recommend them without reservation.”

“Once again tornado plumbing does the job with zero headache at a fair price. I continuously recommend this company to anyone I know. Thanks for fixing my mom’s drain.”

“Fast, efficient and friendly service!”

“Good service done in timely manner for a reasonable price! Would recommend to 3,000,000 Torontonians and another 3,000,0000 of GTA area. Opinion provided by: TORONTO Real Estate,, Brokerage Larissa Klepatch Broker of Record”

“We are extremely pleased with the work provided installing our dishwasher and faucet. The work was done with care.”

“Arvi and his team were professional, showed up on time and did a great job. I have used Tornado plumbing before and had a similar positive experience. They offer exceptional service, you wont be unhappy if you use them for drain work and repairs.”

“Firstly, let me say that any negative review of Tornado Plumbing & Drain is very difficult to believe, people need to be more reasonable and have realistic expectations. This company is good...period! My basement shower drain was backing up and my attempt with a small hand snake was unsuccessful. I called and Serhiy was quick to respond within an hour. The communication was great as I received a text message indicating when he was enroute and the expected arrival time. Serhiy was professional, courteous and explained what options were available to me and the reasonable costs up front. A drain snake and camera were used to find the tree root that had grown through the clay pipe and caused the blockage and removed it with a few passes. The blockage was removed and drains were now clear! Serhiy additionally recommended a backflow preventer, explaining the costs and city rebate available and I will be calling him back in the near future to get it done. Call Tornado Plumbing and Drain with confidence and I strongly recommend for your plumbing needs!”

“We had a backed up sewer pipe due to root penetration into older clay pipes on the exterior of our home at the foundation footing. Tornado Plumbing & Drains came out to provide a quote, the next morning 8:30am sharp the crew arrived as scheduled. The work was completed exactly as discussed and quoted, in fact the crew removed an additional section of compromised pipe during excavation, no questions asked. The crew worked all day in the rain and completed the job by the end of the day, the site was cleaned and everything was put back exactly how it was before they started. Quality of work and customer service is excellent and there are no unexpected surprises, I highly recommend Tornado for this type of work. Thank you.”

“Super fast service call. Serhiy explained everything as he went along. Thanks again!”

“I am very happy with Peter and Naz's work replacing part of my pipe that was causing the blockage. They came on the same day I called them and the work was done by end of the following day. The area they had to dig was tricky between a tree and interlock but they made an effort to avoid taking my interlock apart which saved me from more repair work. The quote was fair and Peter is professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.”

“Service above and beyond expectations, and competitive value! Serhiy and his staff, including Peter, are timely, professional and trustworthy.”

“The representative from Tornado Plumbing (Peter S.) arrived on time and was very courteous and professional in getting the job done. He was quick to answer any questions I had as he was carrying out the replacement of washer shutoff valves. We will look to Tornado for future plumbing jobs. We had the plumber from Tornado Plumbing (Peter S.) come by and do some additional work. This time we had him install a new kitchen faucet and we also had emergency shutoff valves installed under our kitchen sink and the bathroom sinks on the second and third floor. Again he was very thorough, courteous and professional in getting the work done. We have some more plumbing plans for the future and will be looking for his help again.”

“Professional service and fair price. Definitely recommend and will use again if needed.”

“Called them due to an emergency burst pipe. Peter was excellent to deal with from start to finish, came on Saturday to do a temporary fix and fair pricing for fix to be completed the following week.”

“Peter helped find / stop a leak from my shower that was running into the basement. He explained what he was going to do, showed me the issue and explained how I personally could take steps to improve things in the future He then sealed everything up to stop the leak. His work was clean, quick, affordable and he was nice to my dog who wasn't super nice to him! Other plumbers in the city were quoting me thousands of dollars to fix the drain itself (which wasn't the problem!) Thanks so much for your help Peter - will definitely use your services again.”

“I had an urgent toilet leak, and since my elderly mother depends on it, this was a real emergency. Serhiy from Tornado Plumbing & Drains responded quickly, even while working across the city. He assessed the issue, explained everything clearly, and returned early the next morning to fix it before his larger job. Professional, reliable, and highly skilled. If you need fast, trustworthy plumbing or toilet repair, I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains.”

“Here within a couple hours and super friendly. Fixed the problem and explained what had happened and how to prevent in the future. Definitely recommend!”

“This is my second excellent experience with Tornado Plumbing - they were very responsive, worked around my schedule, and completed the job super quickly! They were able to provide an accurate estimate before I booked with them (unlike most company's who charge just to come out and quote). Would absolutely recommend them to someone who wants good pricing and high quality work.”

“Excellent service, they did a thorough job. They responded quickly to help with an emergency situation. Professional top notch company”

“I can not say enough great stuff about our dealings with this company from the first phone call and consultation, to fitting us in the same day due to our own work constraints, to the quality of the work performed. Peter’s servicing of a most difficult drainage problem, was extremely knowledgeable, calm, patient, determined and persistent in solving our issues. His work was clean and tidy and respectful of our property. From start to finish this company was a true delight to use and pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them.”

“So grateful to Peter from Tornado - he showed up the day after we realized our main waste stack had cracked and was releasing sewage. His work was impeccable, he kept a clean job site, and he was very reasonable given the scope of work involved. Very trustworthy. Totally recommend.”

“Very impressed with Tornado Plumbing! Came out promptly and fixed a backup cause by a clog in a sewage drain. Snaked and camera within 45 min! Clean, knowledgeable and got the job done. Very well priced considering other drain companies charge you $200 just for putting a camera down. Highly recommend!”

“All of the employees are professional and courteous, and do excellent work.”

“Excellent service....the technician was knowledgeable and competent. I would recommend Tornado for your drain needs...dl”

“The best plumbing service I ever dealt with. Prompt, convenient, clean and price is very reasonable. I used their service since I moved to my new house and used them a few times and I was pleased everytime I used them.”

“fast and efficient. Max was very pleasant.”

“Peter and his team were very professional, transparent, and easy to work with. I would recommend their services to others!”

“This is the second time that we've used their service. Peter and his colleague when above and beyond installing 3 toilets. They were thorough and provided great advice. Without hesitation we'll use their service again”

“This is the second time we've used Tornado, after having used many plumbers in the past. These guys are truly customer focused - they always respond promptly, they're knowledgeable, they keep everything clean, and they do great work. You can't ask for more.”

“Serhiy's team once again did an excellent job. They installed a new Kitchen faucet and new drain for the kitchen sink. They also installed a bathroom vanity including the faucet and new drain installation. They leave the site clean and are very professional. I highly recommend Tornada Plumbing.”

“Peter from Tornado came well prepared for the job. We got power wash done. He did the work professionally and ensured through camera inspection that the line is fully cleaned and cleared after the wash was done. Would highly recommend Tornado to anyone needing a professional service at a reasonable price.”

“Cost was very acceptable, showed up at the agreed apon hour. Work was excellent, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BE AT THE TOP OF EVERY BODIES LIST OF PLUMBERS.”

“From initial contact to finished service, Serhiy was a pleasure to work with. I had a clogged drain in the basement, Serhiy came onsite, used a K-60 to unclog the main drain that leads to the street. He then ran a camera down to look for any further clogging. He also did the same service to the basement drain. Very satisfied with his customer satisfaction as he did not rush and tripled checked with the camera. So far, all looks good.”

“Serhiy has always provided us with excellent service. He is always on time, thorough and is able to accurately identify problems and works quickly to solve them. We trust him with all our plumbing needs and highly recommend him.”

“After a messy sewage back up / basement flood situation last Fall, we called Tornado Plumbing to replace all of our clay pipes from the stack to the city line. Sergyi, Mike and the Tornado team were amazing. They did all the work quickly and professionally. They even HAND DUG the necessary hole (about 8'deep x 6' long x 3' wide - it was big) in the driveway in order to avoid disturbing our neighbours newly paved driveway. Not only that but they came back in April to replace the driveway stones that they had to dig up to do the work. Totally above & beyond. We would highly recommend Tornado Plumbing for any plumbing job you may have. Really nice people, excellent customer service and great work.”

“Peter was great. He kept me updated on time of arrival, pointed out the problems with my main drain and gave me a quote on the spot. No pressure to do more work and he was inexpensive.”

“I asked Tornado to come and inspect my main drain as it was constantly backing up and causing the house to smell like sewage. They came quickly and helped me identify the problem: roots inside the old clay pipe. Since the problem was really bad, they schedule the repair the very next day and finish the job without any issues in less than 2 days. During the job excavation, they identified the water supply line being lead (really bad for you) and recommended to do the replacement to 3/4" cooper. They offered me a generous discount since the excavation was already completed, so I took them up on the offer to replace both pipes at once. They completed the job without any issues and within the time previously agreed (less than 2 days), and all while having very little disturbances to our water and drain usage during the work. Overall great job!”

“Speedy, professional service. My choice for plumbing services!”

“Very quick to respond and honest about the options to repair. The service was done quickly and the gentleman explained things clearly to us. Highly recommend.”

“Serhiy and his team were amazing. We had drain pipes replaced due to broke pipes He explained the process clearly and they left the site clean. They are most professional and communication is excellent .I will recommend Tornado Plumbing to frienda and family and I will use them for all future plumbing needs.”

“Very hard working crew! Came to replace the lead water supply pipe with copper using the trenchless torpedo method. Unfortunately, my ground was very hard clay, and it took a little longer than they had anticipated to get the torpedo going in the right direction. But they got the job done, and stuck to their quote, which shows integrity.”

“As usual, Tornado Plumbing came to the rescue on time and did their job efficiently and professionally. Thdy fixed the problem quickly and without mess. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable plumbers.”

“In the past, I was using another company, but on family day, that company was too busy to send someone out. I found Tornado on google/homestars, and Serhiy was able to visit within the hour. He fixed the initial issue, and scheduled to come back for a power wash of the drain lines. We are happy with the results after both visits. He was professional, and showed us the camera in the pipes on both occasions.”

“Sink clogged at 4Pm Called him 4:30PM Sink fixed 5:30 Great!”

“Very responsive service for my sump pump. Troy was very knowledgeable, very professional and made sure I felt comfortable with the suggestions of service recommendations. Will definitely continue to use Tornado and recommend to others.”

“Troy and Mike installed 2 toilets and a dishwasher. They did a fantastic job. They overcame a lot of logistical challenges and helped us out significantly. I highly recommend these guys. Through and through professionals. Thank you Troy and Mike!!”

“Tornado waterproofed my foundation and installed a sump pump. Great quality of work, courteous service, easy to work with, good pricing. Thanks Sergey!”

“Fantastic to work with. From the time of contact they were easy and pleasant to communicate with, were out at our property to assist in no time. Can't say enough about Troy - great guy! Confident in the work they did and would 100% use again!”

“Our kitchen sink drain pipe broke. It was probably cracked for quite sometime and was leaking a bit each time which we didn’t even notice as it was inside a counter cabinet until it totally cracked open. Hired Tornado Plumbing to fix the issue and their pricing was very reasonable. Troy from Tornado arrived ahead of schedule and finished within 1.5 hrs. Communication was easy and clear. Troy explained what he had to do to fix it. He cleaned up any debris that resulted from the work and gave suggestions to avoid further issues. For sure we will hire them again if required.”

“We would like to thank the Tornado Crew. From the 1st phone call to the moment they drove away, everyone was very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and kept us informed on the progress. The site was always left in a safe and tidy manor each day. They were on schedule and on budget which is more than expected with the age of our home and the current times we find ourselves in. They treated us and our home with the utmost respect. The only unfortunate item was we could not shake their hands to thank them for the job well done ~maybe one day - soon! We would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Prompt, efficient and professional service”

“The service was terrific. Came immediately and quickly fixed problem. Super experience!”

“They did a great drain repair and power drain wash at my house - fair price for hard work. Happy with their service. I recommend.”

“I've used Tornado Plumbing several times over the past 2 years for various bathroom and kitchen jobs, and every time I was impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Serhiy is genuinely a pleasure to deal with, and is very patient about answering questions or explaining his thought process when he recommends a course of action. The same is equally true of Mike and Troy. Highly recommend this company based on my experiences with these gentlemen.”

“Mike and Troy from Tornado plumbing were exceptional - great communication, very responsive action and exemplary service including thoughtful responses to all of our questions. Provided straightforward advice on the next steps. Much recommended.”

“Sergey and the team at Tornado Plumbing are exceptional. Their professionalism is second to none. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate them 11! I highly recommend them! They installed a sump pump for me two years ago and recently repaired foundation wall cracks. Very reliable, experienced, hard working and left the job site clean. I am a very happy customer!”

“Amazing professionals and great customer experience. I do highly recommend.”

“Troy did an amazing job for us. Kitchen sink backed up, and we tried everything (all the easy tricks) to no avail. Tornado came in same day and successfully diagnosed the issue. He came back next day and went above and beyond (including a few extras that we never even asked for, but were very valuable add ons), finishing the job right on time and budget. Great experience with this entire company, even with the head office contact who helped book us in quickly and efficiently (great response time from Mike as well throughout). Highly recommend, and they've now become our go-to for anything plumbing related.”

“We recently hired Tornado Plumbing & Drains to replace the old clay sewage line with new pvc pipes. We are very happy with the job they did. They were very professional and the price quoted was reasonable. The cleanup after they were done left the site as they found it. We are happy to recommend them.”

“Very good - Mike is very responsive and pleasant to deal with!”

“amazing, professional and quick”

“Serhiy came on time and was very polite and sincerely cares about the customer. When I told him that my elderly parent was asleep in the room, he made sure to keep the noise down. He fixed the problem of the clog and checked several times to make sure that the issue was really resolved before leaving. He was also careful to clean up the area before leaving. Serhiy made you feel comfortable and not afraid to ask questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company because price is REASONABLE and PROFESSIONAL service all the way !!!”

“Very rapid and professional service.”

“Recommended!”

“Service: above and beyond Attitude: positive and honest Price: competitive Re: unclog vanity drain Serhiy helped me with a home renovation plumbing project involved multiple washroom rough in, floor drain, back water valve and etc. He brought a talent team to finish the project on time and passed the city inspection. I have a good experience with him, so when my parent's vanity drain is clogged, I call him again. Though vanity drain clogged is not really urgent, but he is still willing to come with his co-worker Ardi on Thanksgiving to help my parent to unclog their vanity drain. Ardi is a very professional plumber. He finished the job in very reasonable time and at all time, he is very aware of not to make work area dirty and clean up the area before they leave. This is not my first time to hire Tornado Plumbing for my plumbing need. They always deliver excellent service. I have no problems to refer my family and friends to Serhiy because I know he will take care of them. Thank you, Serhiy. I really appreciate your honesty and your willingness to help. That means a lot to client.”

“The plumbers came within an hour, solved the problem, and cleaned up. What more can you ask? Top marks.”

“Reliable and efficient - job well done”

“The work done by the technician was outstanding. This is not the first time we are using Tornado Plumbing and every time we are extremely happy with the service. I would highly recommend this company to whoever needs this type of services. If I ever need plumbing I will definitely call them again. Thank you Sergiy and team, a job well done.”

“Tornado was very quick to get back to me after I called to get a quote on a drain issue and arranged to come on-site the next day. Troy was very careful to contain any mess and describe the work done in detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Serhiy and Michael are amazing! Booking an appointment was very simple. They arrived on time as promised, replaced the main valve cleaned up the area and were done in less than an hour. I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains for any of your plumbing requirements. These guys are awsome!”

“We were more than happy with the work done and the professional staff. Serhij and team answered all of our questions and gave us a very clear estimate on this work. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.”

“Serhiy & Mike were friendly and professional. They replaced 3 toilets at my place and removed the old one efficiently and at an affordable rate. Definitely will recommend!”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing and Drains. I had a backwater valve installed as well as a new toilet. My work was completed in a timely fashion at a VERY reasonable price. Serhiy, Michael and their team were extremely neat, courteous, and efficient. They were very helpful and went over and above what was required of them...at no extra charge. In a world of mediocrity, Excellence is rare. EXCELLENCE means doing everything you are supposed to, and a little bit more. TORNADO PLUMBING AND DRAINS IS THE DEFINITION OF EXCELLENCE! I highly recommend them, in fact I already have. Thanks for a job VERY well done!!”

“Mike came from Tornado plumbing promptly and did a very professional job.”

“Excellent service, quick and well done. Will hire again.”

“I can’t recommend Tornado plumbing enough. Sergei and his team are literally the best. Sergei always provides the best recommendations and gives you his honest opinion. He doesn’t over sell and gives you the best advice. I had to have my main valve change which was something we had discussed a while ago from another service I had hired him for. The shut off valve was old and had lead component. I knew from past experience that anytime I needed to turn it on or off, it would start leaking. There was also a lead pipe leading underground. I made the decision to change all the lead pipe as opposed to just changing the shut off valve because it would eventually need to be changed regardless. Sergei dug from the front of my house to the water valve in my basement with minimal interruptions to my tenants, and minimal mess. This speaks to his attention to detail. He goes over and beyond my expectations. Thank you Sergei and Tornado Plumbing.”

“We had a clogged toilet that was giving us problems for several days. Decided to look for a plumbing service provider in the city and chose Tornado based on customer feedback. I can verify these guys are great! Very helpful in showing me possible problem causes, gave me tips and was quick to remove the blockage in our toilet. Their prices are reasonable too! I'm a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended!”

“Sergei was efficient and showed up quickly. He was lovely to deal with. Very friendly and professional as well. Rates were affordable. Definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Initially had a back-up problem with downstairs basement sinks. After many failed attempts ( and lost money ) to resolve the problem with others, I finally placed a call to Tornado Plumbing. Next day Sergey examined the situation and determined the issue was underneath the floor. One day later Sergey ( and Boris ) broke and dug up 14 ft. of my basement floor to replace the damaged/ broken drain pipes and finally address the real problem. They were courteous, efficient and explained all steps in the process. The job itself took one day to complete and the basement was left clean and tidy. Sergey (and crew ) were prompt, efficient and professional. They FIXED my problem and RESPECTED my home. That is called customer service and satisfaction in any trade. Quality work ! Highly recommended !!!”

“Called them to unclog a drain in the basement. Explained me in detail what steps they were going to take to resolve the problem and got the job done promptly. Amazing service and reasonable pricing. Thank you!”

“Called Sergiy at Tornado Plumbing and Draining because of a clogged toilet due to a small plastic container that was flushed down the drain by mistake. Sergiy resolved the issue, unclogged the drain, did the camera inspection and installed a clean out on the main drain for future maintenance. This is not the first time that we used his services, Sergiy and his team are skilled and experienced plumbers who are clean and mindful of their environment. We were very happy with their work, their work is reasonable priced and we would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.”

“I called a couple of plumbers to help investigate a water leak in our main water line. Sergey at Tornado Plumbing was the most attentive and the only contractor that actually came to our place to look at the issue. All other contractors simply recommended replacing the water main and provided a quote using Google Maps and did not show up at the house at all. Sergey provided me with the option to fix the leak which was located just below the slab in the basement, but his recommendation was to replace our side of the water main as it was old lead pipe. Once our side was completed I could notify the city and they would schedule a time to replace the city side using a city contractor. We had some water damage in our basement because of the leak so Sergey scheduled a team to arrive within 24 hours after signing the project estimate. The team that arrived were excellent. They needed to do a little discovery to find the main water line in our front property as the location marking wasn't exact. They didn't get discouraged and found the old lead pipe and completed the work by torpedoing a new ¾" copper line from inside the house. The leak had created a lot of water under the basement slab which made the work a little difficult but the team worked in to the evening to make sure everything was complete, holes filled back in, new concrete poured, and to be sure the water in the house was working as expected. Everything was cleaned up perfectly and Sergey followed up on the work within a couple of days when he was back in the area to provide another estimate. Overall the experience with Tornado Plumbing was excellent. We need to install a sump pump (Sergey's recommendation) and replace our basement slab in the future – I'll definitely be calling Sergey at Tornado Plumbing.”

“I hired Tornado Plumbing to pour my new concrete basement floor. They did a great job and were done in one day. The removal of the old floor and the preparation was done by another company. My contractor was impressed by how level the new floor was. Thanks Sergey!”

“Had a clogged bathroom sink and called Tornado Plumbing on saturday afternoon. Sergiy came and he was very polite and professional. Eventhough we called just for the sink,he checked the valves and the faucet and suggested to replace them not to cause any leak . Very pleased with the service and the price. I would suggest them anytime.”

“These guys are great. Use them.”

“Tornado replaced the existing 100 year-old clay pipe floor drains and rerouted new PVC pipes inside the basement and outside, replaced the lead pipe water service outside the house, waterproofed the interior basement walls with delta membrane, installed French Drain, Sump Pump, and Back - Flow Valve, poured a new concrete floor, replaced all water lines in basement and moved them to the bulkhead along the side wall, and roughed in all new plumbing for a laundry, washroom and kitchenette. From first contact with Serhiy, we felt good about going with Tornado for our waterproofing and renovation project. He replied to emails promptly, showed up when he said he would, and even came out again after our initial meeting to provide us with a more detailed description of the work and answer questions about the job. Work progressed as promised, according to schedule, with Boris and team going above and beyond on many occasions. They moved our washer, dryer, up and down stairs, coordinated with other companies when they were both on site, and cleaned up after each job. They ensured we had hot water and access to our washer and dryer throughout the process, without disruption. Serhiy was quick to respond to questions and to send Boris when anything unexpected came up, which it inevitably did. This quick response was truly 24/7 and always courteous, patient and with our best interest and convenience in mind. Very happy with the work and customer service would highly recommend Tornado Plumbing.”

“We want to finish our basement but in the spring when the snow was melting we discovered several leaks in our basement. Serhiy came out to look at our basement and also offered a free camera drain inspection. He provided a very reasonable quote for the waterproofing and a sump pump and went over all our options. With the camera inspection he discovered roots growing through our drain and we called the city to get it cleaned out (luckily it was in the city portion of the drain line). Serhiy did not pressure us into anything and waited patiently (2 months) for us to get back to him - which I appreciate a lot. I am not a fan of pushy sales people. His crew just completed the job and we are very satisfied with the results. They did a fabulous job and left everything clean and tidy. Thanks again!”

“I got s problem on Toilet clogging today Nay30/19 , I called them and a good job with a fair price was done. I recommend to everybody if that got same problem”

“Serhij and his team did a great job on waterproofing our basement and placing a french drain, as well as hooking up a new sump pump. They dug down to the bottom of the house foundation, drained a pond that we wanted to get rid of and left the place completely tidy. All for a very fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended.”

“Last week Sergey and his team from Tornado Plumbing had replaced the sewer drain in our house and installed a new back water valve. We had a few plumbing projects completed by them in a past and were very satisfied with their competitive price and a highest level of services provided. We were glad we contacted Tornado this time again. Everything was completed on time and both our front yard and a basement were left very clean. Upon completion of the job Sergey came back and explained the service details for a new valve and also helped us to fill the paperwork for the city rebate. All in all the Tornado service was five stars out of five, we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to hire Sergey and his team again.”

“Excellent work and great attention to detail. Very pleased with Serhiy and his team. Highly recommend their services. We had a 2-piece basement washroom that we wanted roughed-in to a 3-piece, plus some additional work in the laundry room. We are very pleased with the results and at the competitive price.”

“Excellent group of guys! I had a leak in my basement caused by a crack in my foundation. They were very quick to get back to me and to come out and fix it. And they left my backyard as clean as it was when they came. Highly recommend!”

“It was the third time we used Tornado Plumbing services in the last couple of years This time to change the toilet in our powder room. The job was completed the very next day after our initial call. It was done quickly, efficiently and with no hiccups. We will definitely use this company again in the future.”

“Serhiy came promptly to do a quote - and kept me up to date when his job was running a bit late so I knew when to expect him. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions for upgrading my plumbing even knowing that would only be at a later date. Showed up to do the work, cleaned up, charged what he said. It was great - especially appreciated since it was a small job.”

“Excellent work, very clean and very responsible.”

“Exterior water proofing: We were half way through our renovation and one day found lots of water in the basement after a major snow melt. A friend who had good experience working with Tornado Plumbing and Sergey previously recommended him to me. Sergey came the same day I called and identified the problem being the below grade windows and likely broken delta membrane from interior water proofing. He also provided a competitive quote by the end of the day and started on the project within a week. It was a big job but Sergey and his crew finished everything in 2 days with quality. I would highly recommend Sergey for and his team for their professionalism and efficiency.”

“We got sewer back up in our basement, after we got Tornado plumbing and drain to fix the problem, they excavated 2 holes out side removed a building trap and use pipe burst technology. The problem was with a big Tree over 130 years at the front and they destroyed our clay pipe. The main problem was (my wife planted Beautiful flowers and excavation supposed to be right there),she was really worry, but tornado plumbing saved them all (you can’t even tell some excavation was done before) They have the best equipment and provide the best service. We will recommend highly!!!!!!!”

“Sergiy was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Came on time. He cleaned out the drain and cleaned the mess after. I am very satisfied. Thank you!”

“After the recent wild deep freeze/thaw we had in the GTA, we had a burst pipe in our basement. After calling around a number of plumbers and checking reviews, Tornado not only gave me the lowest quote, but more importantly, was the only one able to come do the job within a couple of hours. Sergey drove across the city so that I wouldn't have to wait till the next day with my water shut off. He updated me when he was a little delayed (appreciated this), and was clean and meticulous while he completed the job. He was great to talk to, gave tips on things he saw and generally put me at ease during a stressful situation. All in all, i'm 100% satisfied with him and am glad to have found a good reliable plumber if needed in the future.”

“Tornado Plumbing quickly answered our request to fix the bathtub clog despite it being Christmas Eve. They were quick, efficient and cheap at removing massive amount of blockage from the bathtub. 100% recommended.”

“We got sewer backup in our basement we were really upset it was just allot of things happened for the same time. We were calling around to get a plumber to resolve the problem. To be honest few first company was not honest and they gave us too big amount we couldn't afford to get this service. But we glad we found The Tornado Plumbing and drains Sergey was honest he unclogged our drain and did the camera inspection and showed to us all the problem, roots and clay pipe we didn't know we have that. We replaced all drain exterior and interior with water line 1" copper(before was lead pipe )they have the new equipments and pipe burst technology and torpedo.we installed the sump pump liberty 1/2. Horse power and we apply for rebate from the city$3400 subsidy program. They are awesome, they cleaned better them was before. We will recommend to all our friends and neighbors. “Great service, clean kitchen sink very well, highly recommend.”

“Sergey was great. He came on time, did an amazing job, and took the time to really clean up well, and even replanted our plants. Though the job was a bit more difficult than anticipated, Sergey stuck by his word and cheated what he originally stated.”

“We are extremely pleased with the work done by Tornado Plumbing. We are actually a returning customer as we had a small washroom renovation done earlier this year after moving into our 60+ years old home. At that time, we had our bathtub replaced and then later found that the drain was not properly sloped. Tornado Plumbers explained to us well what needed to be done and for a new home owner doing some renovation work ourselves, they are friendly, professional and reliable which gave us the comfort we needed to get the job finished. We hired them for the 2nd time around when we found our basement drain was flooded from doing laundry, which was caused by the broken clay pipe outside. We immediately thought of Tornado to replace the pipe for us but got quotes from other plumbers as well. We again chose Tornado as they are responsive and we know that they are the most honest, humble, down to earth reliable people who would just get the job done well without us worrying. Not only did they dig out and replace the pipe quickly, they also recommended to us the installation of backflow valve and the city rebate. They handled all the paper work and permit for us and it was a much smoother process than We thought. Most importantly, their pricing was exceptionally reasonable and much better than other quotes we got. We would recommend them to anyone we know who wants their plumbing issues dealt with quickly and done well. We are so happy we found them.”

“Sergiy was excellent when we needed our kitchen drain unclogged. He showed up shortly after I called, took his shoes off at the door, and got to work. He was courteous, professional, good natured, and efficient. The snaking of the drain proved difficult, but Sergiy was persistent and fixed the problem. He answered all our questions with patience and thoughtulness. The cost for the work was surprisingly reasonable. In sum, we'll hire Sergiy again when our drains stop draining!”
