June 2022“Firstly, let me say that any negative review of Tornado Plumbing & Drain is very difficult to believe, people need to be more reasonable and have realistic expectations. This company is good...period! My basement shower drain was backing up and my attempt with a small hand snake was unsuccessful. I called and Serhiy was quick to respond within an hour. The communication was great as I received a text message indicating when he was enroute and the expected arrival time. Serhiy was professional, courteous and explained what options were available to me and the reasonable costs up front. A drain snake and camera were used to find the tree root that had grown through the clay pipe and caused the blockage and removed it with a few passes. The blockage was removed and drains were now clear! Serhiy additionally recommended a backflow preventer, explaining the costs and city rebate available and I will be calling him back in the near future to get it done. Call Tornado Plumbing and Drain with confidence and I strongly recommend for your plumbing needs!”

“Sergei and his team did an amazing job dealing with replacing old and damaged sewage pipes. It was a complicated job that required deeper than normal digging and the pipes ran underneath the neighbours’ property. Inspite of these challenges the Tornado team kept the work area contained and completed the job in 2 days. They left the property clean and communicated along way. Highly recommend.”
